If you’ve visited Jindee, you may have seen how many of the streets are already lined with trees that are ready to grow and mature over time.
Once complete, Jindee will actually feature around three times more street trees than you’d find in a typical new development. There are over 200 tree types that could be used through Jindee's through-fares and to delineate the different transect zones within the estate.
Of course this means beautiful streets well into the future (a win for property value!) but there are actually a whole range of reasons why trees are an important part of Jindee... and these go well beyond the aesthetics.
